This balloon arch is perfect for taking pictures or putting at the entrance of your party.
You have the option to select up to 6 colors for the balloon arch. Refer to the color chart and fill out the form below.
Choosing 4 or 6 colors for a balloon arch adds depth, allowing you to effectively adhere to a color theme. Consider aligning with the colors of your company logo or the theme of your wedding or event.
This balloon arch features a mix of standard-sized balloons (11 inches) and smaller balloons (5 inches).
Genevie assembles the balloon arch on-site. This balloon decoration service is available only in Rotterdam and The Hague. If you reside elsewhere in the Netherlands, please fill out the form below.
The framework used for the arch can either be retained or disposed of after use. We do not retrieve the arch post-event. If you wish for us to remove the decorations post-event, an additional fee will apply. Please complete the form below.
**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
Balloon decorations look best when set up indoors. If you choose to set them up outside, please note that weather conditions are at your own risk. In hot weather, the likelihood of balloons popping increases, while cold weather can cause them to shrink. Wind and rain are also not favorable for balloons. Once I leave the site, I will not return to replace any popped, damaged, or unsightly balloons.
When you order these balloon decorations, I will reserve time in my schedule to create them on location. Should the event not take place for any reason, you can cancel as follows:
- Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the delivery date.
- If you cancel 3 days before the delivery date, I will charge 10% of the total amount.
- For cancellations 24 hours before the delivery date, I will charge 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made 12 hours before delivery will incur a 100% charge.
